His focus is just too drifted and I think that I don’t think he took the fight serious. I heard he was drunk a week ago.
Shakur clarified that he thinks Ryan is not focused on his bout and thinks he is not taking the fight seriously. Since losing to Gervonta Davis Garcia, the boxing ring has not been the same. Garcia missed the weight by three pounds and was seen drinking beer on the weighing scale. Garcia was also seen behaving in a rather bizarre manner during the face-offs on stage. There was an altercation going on in the face-offs a few days back.
It will be interesting to see how Garcia fights during the bout. Haney is currently the absolute favorite in the company and continues to impress the crowd with his sublime boxing combinations in the open workouts. This is Garcia’s second big-name fight, having lost to Gervonta Davis. Haney is known for his ruthless power, whereas Garcia is known for his pace on his punches. It’ll be interesting to see what happens when Haney and Garci step into the ring to take on each other.
