For athletes, you have to train and exercise even harder to stay in shape while the entire country has to stay at home to fight the spread of the coronavirus.
Bellator fan-favorite and former taekwondo ace Valerie Loureda is making sure she doesn’t lose her shape or any of her skills during COVID-19 lock-down by taking to her Miami balcony and shadowboxing.

Loureda went 2-1 as an amateur MMA fighter before making her transition as a Bellator professional and winning both of her fights. She knocked out Colby Fletcher in the first round of her pro debut and then followed that up by getting a unanimous decision victory over Larkyn Dasch.
