Pereira is set to defend his UFC light heavyweight championship against Jiri Prochazka at UFC 303 on June 29 in Las Vegas. Alex Pereira recently posted a video on YouTube showing him sparring with heavyweight boxer Demsey McKean on his YouTube channel.
Meanwhile, the UFC light heavyweight champion and McKean completed a full four-round heavy sparring session without headgear, the heavy sparring pushing Alex Pereira to another level. Pereira’s intense training for his title fight with Prochazka drew fans’ attention, with one remarking, “Poatan is massive. Research needs to be done on how he made 185.”
