Three people who can replace Dana White in the UFC
Sean Shelby
Sean Shelby is one of the names that comes to mind when thinking of Dana White’s replacement. Shelby holds the position of Senior Vice President of the Talent Relations department of the promotion. Moreover, he also acts as a matchmaker.
Apart from his regular duties as a UFC matchmaker, Sean Shelby has also promoted the UFC across various media platforms. However, Shelby started off his UFC duties as an executive and worked in the same post for 14 years.

Mick Maynard
Mick Maynard is also one of the matchmakers in the UFC. His official position is that of the vice president of talent relations in the promotion. He has been a part of the MMA business since 2006. After serving as the vice president of Legacy Fighting Championship, Maynard was brought on by the UFC in 2018.
Hunter Campbell
Hunter Campbell joined the UFC back in 2017. While he was brought on as UFC’s chief legal officer, as of now he holds the position of the executive vice president and the chief business officer. Moreover, Campbell is often considered to be Dana White’s right-hand man.
That said, it will be interesting to see the landscape surrounding the UFC when Dana White decides to retire from the organization.
