The UFC president, Dana White, has transformed the UFC into a household name. The state of Nevada has recently invested heavily in one of the most spectacular pieces of architecture. They built the Sphere, which provides an impressive 360-degree viewing experience to its viewers inside the arena. White has expressed his desire to conduct one of the most brilliant MMA events at the venue. When he was asked about the same, he said,
I am already $17 million into this thing.
Dana White revealed that he has already spent $17 million conducting the Las Vegas sphere event in Nevada. The UFC President will make his dream come true and become the first combat sports company to conduct an event at the Las Vegas Sphere. This shows how lethal of a businessman White is. He is well into his 50s but is hell-bent on making MMA the most famous sports organization on the planet.
In an interview, Dana White previously revealed that he loves turning niche sports into multi-billion dollar behemoths. It will be interesting to see what Dana does when the UFC heads to the sphere. Sean O’Malley previously claimed that he would love to headline and defend his title at the Sphere, and the fans would absolutely love to see the Bantamweight king defend against Merab in the cage in Las Vegas.
