It appears that Yoenis Cespedes just wanst to live his best life.
The New York Mets star wasn’t all that concerned about catching the coronavirus in the weeks before he would be reported missing by the team just before a game against the Atlanta Braves.
TMZ Sports obtained video showing the Mets star on July 10 at a restaurant called The Cuban in Garden City, NY where he could be seen tearing up the dance floor with a very sexy woman.
The second clip in the video showing professional dancers on stage was taken right before Cespedes got on stage with them.
“We’re told the dance floor was closed to patrons due to COVID restrictions — but they allowed Yoenis and his lady friend to dance because he’s Yoenis and the people loved it!
We called Yoenis’ people to get an explanation — but so far, we haven’t heard back.”
Yoenis, of course, would be announced as missing before he finally reached out and stated he was opting out of the 2020 MLB season due to health concerns with COVID-19.
