San Diego Padres vs. Los Angeles Dodgers Game 2 Delayed After Fans Throw Objects at Players
Tensions between San Diego Padres outfielders and Los Angeles Dodgers fans boiled over on Sunday late in the game.
In the seventh inning of Game 2 of the National League Division Series, after two baseballs were thrown from the crowd in San Diego outfielder Jurickson Profar’s direction, the game had to be paused for quite some time.
Then, Dodgers fans threw trash and other objects.
Once that was cleared up, fans began tossing objects at Fernando Tatis Jr., which led to further delay.
