The lawyers for Trevor Bauer suggested this week that the woman accusing him of sexual assault has been trying to get him for millions of dollars.
According to text messages from the accuser to her Alcoholics Anonymous sponsor, she said “Give me 50 million and just slap my c–t.”
“In one conversation, Hill was allegedly referring to Bauer when she texted Decker saying: “Give me $50 million and just slap my cl*t…”
When asked by Holley if the message meant “it would be okay” if the baseball star gave her money, Hill responded, “no.”
Holley also quoted another message sent to Hill from Decker saying: “Hey bh, pretty soon it’ll be rich bh.”
When asked why the two were bantering about her becoming a “rich,” Hill told the court they were “just joking around” and said “there was no ill intent at all.”
In another text, Decker told Hill to “secure the bag.”
“Isn’t the general meaning of ‘secure the bag’ to get the money?” Holley asked, to which Hill replied: “It can mean that….I’m not sure.”
Bauer’s attorney Shawn Holley asked the accuser about sexually explicit texts she shared with Bauer after the sexual encounters, in which she apparently told him to “choke me out,” “give me all the pain” and “do it harder.”
When asked about the texts, the accuser said, “I did not ask to be punched.”
The 30-year-old Bauer has been away from the Dodgers as the legal situation plays out.
