Trevor Bauer absolutely loves the verdict in the Johnny Depp Trial against Amber Heard.
Depp won his defamation case against his ex-wife Amber Heard on Wednesday, and the jury awarded him $15 million in damages. Depp was awarded $10 million in compensatory damages and $5 million in punitive damages in his defamation suit. The jury also awarded Heard $2 million in compensatory damages.
Bauer took to Twitter and sent a stern message about the decision which was clearly talking about his situation as well.
“It took four years of torching Johnny Depp’s reputation over false allegations of abuse to get to today, but he has finally been vindicated,” 31-year-old Bauer tweeted Wednesday.
“Thank you to the jurors in this case for rightfully holding Amber Heard accountable for defamation.”
The Cy Young winner faced sexual allegations from three women on multiple occasions, which he contended was consensual rough sex. He recently filed a defamation lawsuit of his own.
