The Tampa Bay Rays’ star southpaw had a quality outing against the Chicago White Sox at Tropicana Field on Saturday .McClanahan pitched six innings and allowed just two earned runs while striking out 10 batters in a 4-3 win that required an extra inning.

With the victory on Saturday, McClanahan improved to 4-0 on the year with a ridiculous 1.86 ERA and 37 strikeouts in just 29 innings pitched. The Rays completed the sweep over Chicago on Sunday, improving their record to a jaw-dropping 19-3 heading into Monday.
