Trevor Bauer, the former Los Angeles Dodgers pitcher, and Cy Young Award winner is reportedly suing his accuser for violating their settlement agreement.
TMZ reported Friday that the 33-year-old filed a lawsuit against accuser Lindsey Hill this week.
Hill previously stated Bauer violently raped her in his Pasadena home while adding that he choked her into unconsciousness and forced her to have sex during two encounters.
Trevor Bauer fought back, stating they engaged in consensual and rough sex.
Their dueling lawsuit would be settled in October 2023.
Fast forward to now, and Trevor Bauer claims that Hill violated their settlement terms by speaking out on social media and making a podcast appearance.
TMZ reports state that Hill claimed she received $300,000 as part of the settlement.

Bauer said that the money was from her father’s insurance payout and not from him.
In his new lawsuit, Bauer is seeking $220,000 in liquidated damages and attorneys’ fees.
Bauer has been trying to revive his big-league career after serving a 194-game suspension for violating MLB’s domestic violence, sexual assault, and child abuse policy.

Trevor Bauer will never get his second chance in Major League Baseball after he was falsely accused of sexual assault.
In the meantime, he is succeeding elsewhere.
Last month, Bauer was honored as pitcher of the year in the Mexican Baseball League.
The 33-year-old reportedly received 94 votes from the electing committee after he went 10-0 with a 2.48 ERA in 14 starts for the Diablos Rojos.
He led the league in strikeouts with 120 in 83⅓ innings, per ESPN.
In Trevor Bauer’s first season, he set a Mexican League record with 19 strikeouts against the Oaxaca Guerreros.
