A Barstool Sports personality has the internet celebrating his remarkable body transformation.
Frank “The Tank” Fleming, who’s become an online sensation through his wild Mets rants and hot dog reviews, is a lot smaller nowadays.
The former New Jersey court clerk had his first few seconds of fame after going viral for a rant about the transportation system while trying to get to a Mets game. He openly bashed NJ Transit in a wild fit following train delays.
Frank’s appearance on the news caught the attention of Barstool Sports owner Dave Portnoy, who hired him in a part-time role that has since become full-time.
He recently took to social media to announce that he’s down 150 pounds from his heaviest weight and is under 350 points for the first time in 20 years.
“I’ve been making some good progress, I think,” he said.

“This is great. I’m smiling, head spinning, doing the chop – all that S- – for your hard work paying off this way,” ESPN’s Scott Van Pelt wrote in response. “Keep going, Frank.”
