Orioles Projected Starting Rotation For 2025 Raises Doubts

Morton is 41, while Sugano is 35. it’s hard to see both pitchers replace excellent talent like Corbin Burnes. Adding Cease will be a wise move for the Orioles. If they fail to bring in another strong pitcher, the playoffs will be a hard shot for the team.
The O’s have missed out on Anthony Santander to their AL East rival. That said, they have a gap to fill in their offense. Santander smashed 44 home runs for the team last season. Without Santander and Burnes, the 2025 playoff race will be pretty challenging. Moreover, the Blue Jays and Red Sox have become stronger contenders this season.
