Being an athlete with a ton of money and access to some of the most beautiful women has its perks, especially if you’re a single man.
Yankees legend Reggie Jackson had a shocking admission about his love life during an interview with Howard Stern on SiriusXM Radio. The 14-time All-Star and five-time World Series champion revealed that he had a hard time staying loyal to women early in his life.
Because of that, he would cheat on them regularly.
“It wasn’t hard for me to open my heart, but it was hard for me to be loyal,” Jackson told Stern. “As a man, I cheated a lot.”
“I won’t blame it on any excuse,” Jackson explained. “I just cheated. I saw a pretty girl and I tried to sleep with her.”
Jackson admit that he “missed a couple of wonderful ladies” in his life because of his behavior.
Despite how he treated women in the past, Jackson revealed he’s currently in a relationship with a woman he has known for more than three decades. He told Stern that he’ll “probably” marry this woman.
