The New York Mets were destroying the baseball last night against the San Diego Padres at Petco Park on Monday Night as they rolled into an 11-5 victory that gave them their 3rd-straight win.
SNY’s Gary Cohen and Keith Hernandez were attempting to explain what was going on to the point that had an awkward conversation about strokes.
With the win, the Mets moved to 38-19 and still have a sizeable lead in the National League east as they are currently 9 games above on the second place Atlanta Braves.
The Mets also have the best record in the National League. They have been stroking that ball all year long.
