MLB fans are among the most loyal fan bases, and they will not hesitate to speak their minds. In several instances, fans have fired back at those who talk badly about their sport. One such example took place recently when former NFL Quarterback Cam Newton said that Baseball is a dying sport.
Newton believes that the WNBA will surpass baseball in twenty years. In a video via 4th&1 with Cam Newton, the former star said the following.
“Baseball is like a, I hate to say it. A dying sport. I think baseball will be surpassed by WNBA in 20 years. Baseball ain’t even being played by Americans anymore,” Newton said.

“This dude is everywhere, just thirsty for someone to talk to him and care what he has to say. Go away loser, it’s over,” wrote one fan.
