A video of former ESPN reporter Marly Rivera calling another female journo a “f**king c*nt” has surfaced in the wake of her firing.
News of the Worldwide Leader in Sports axing the longtime MLB reporter and on-air personality was broken by the New York Times on Wednesday. The report noted that Rivera was fired after using the aforementioned term in reference to Ivón Gaete at Yankee Stadium last Tuesday.
TMZ posted a video of the incident on Thursday, which admittedly presents Marly in a very bad light as she’s shown remonstrating in front of Aaron Judge and a group of children who were receiving autographs from the Yankees star.

According to The Post, Rivera claimed to have set up an exclusive with Judge that Gaete refused to acknowledge, causing her to lose her cool.

She’s insisted that her firing also came as a result of disagreements with certain people at ESPN. Rivera had been employed by the network for 13 years.
“She no longer works here,” ESPN told The Post.
The 49-year-old made attempts to apologize for her actions, however, her gesture was understandably rejected by Gaete.
Gaete is the wife of the MLB’s vice president of communications John Blundell and a freelance journalist who was on duty for Tokyo Broadcasting at the time.
