Nobody, and I truly mean nobody saw the Texas Rangers being good during the 2023 season.
They are not only on tap to making the playoffs, but they may win the AL West and could possibly have the home-field advantage when it is all said and done. We are still a long ways from that conclusion.
In the meantime, the Rangers are straight smacking the ball out of stadiums in 2023, and one of their latest home runs provided MLB fans with a heartwarming moment.
While playing the Seattle Mariners, Mitch Garver hit a massive upper-deck home run that found the mit of a kid, who wasn’t more excited about it than his dad who proceeded to pick him up while hugging him.
It was an awesome father-son moment that the two will never forget.
The Texas Rangers lead the American League West standings with their 38-20 record. The team has been extremely successful this season, thanks to their offense. Texas has the best team batting average in the entire league.

Pitchers are having a hard time dealing with this lineup as they continue to show how much of a problem they will be all season long.
The team playing so well is a far cry from where they were last year when they finished the year 68-94 and fourth in the AL West.
They are hoping to be good enough to take down the Houston Astros who are the reigning World Series champs.
