Jordan Yamamoto has had enough of his fan base.
In his first start as a Met, Jordan Yamamoto had to leave the game with right shoulder soreness, but not before dealt four innings and gave up five runs (four earned) on six hits.
Yamamoto is upset for a different reason, however, as he took to Twitter and called out the Mets fan base for harrasing his wife.
“I know Twitter is sometimes not a very nice place and to some of you it may seem fun to troll people. But you don’t go an harass my WIFE!” Yamamoto wrote.
“She isn’t the one playing the game nor wearing the uniform!”
“They don’t deserve that!” Jordan said. “No one deserves that.”

Here is what his wife had to say:
“Wow, from love to now hate so fast Mets fans. As my phones blowing up with nasty tweets..I just want to remind you that we’re human. I am a WIFE, cheering on her husband. No matter the runs. Your passion for the game is great and all, but stay classy.”
