Yankees fans were unhappy with how their team was trolled, especially with Aaron Judge. Several fans called out the team for their comments after the World Series win. With a new season just underway, some players still remember the team’s comments.
In a recent video, former Yankees slugger Jon Berti called out the Dodgers for their unprofessional comments.
“I don’t know if I ever really heard a World Series winning team talk as badly as they did about the World Series losing team. We were being disrespected to the point of life, where we didn’t even belong to be in the World Series. The Yankees won a lot of games last year, and we won our division. We deserve to be there, but unfortunately, we didn’t perform at our best, especially from probably the defensive standpoint and the base running standpoint,” Berti said.

The utility player further stated the Yankees would want to improve. Berti believes the Yankees were disrespected for losing the World Series.
