Olivia Dunne and the Pittsburgh Pirates made a special offer to an 11-year-old kid who pulled out Paul Skenes’ debut patch card. The Pirates wanted to get their hands on that card so badly, and so did Skenes’ girlfriend.
Pittsburgh gave the kid a massive offer, which many thought he couldn’t reject. Surprisingly, the kid gave a straight no to the team, including a chance to meet Dunne. Here’s what the Pirates have in store for the kid.

Olivia Dunne And LSU Tigers Struggle Against Arkansas
Dunne is on the road as the LSU Tigers face Arkansas. The Tigers lost their SEC road opener against Arkansas. Dunne had a great run this year, especially against the Florida Gators. However, they failed against the No. 14-ranked team on Friday.
Dunne finished in the middle, but it was not one of her best performances. The Lady Tigers were no match for their opponent despite Dunne leading off with a .970 score. Olivia Dunne’s teammates Aleah Finnegan, Kailin Chio, and Haleigh Byrant also performed strongly.
The Tigers squad will hope to rebound in their next battle against Missouri after a week. Dunne and her teammates must step up their performance. On the MLB front, teams like the Yankees are searching for free agents before the start of the regular season.
