The Los Angeles Dodgers are still proud of defeating the New York Yankees and winning the World Series. The Boys in Blue are celebrating their success in every possible way. Every MLB fan is aware of the Yankees’ disastrous performance during the World Series.
Many believe that the Dodgers’ path to victory was after Aaron Judge dropped a ball in Game 5 of the World Series. Surprisingly, the Dodgers auctioned Judge’s dropped ball for $43,510. The ball was auctioned for charity, but many feel the Dodgers’ actions were an insult to the Yankees captain.
WFAN’s radio host, Evan Roberts, felt the same after he found out that the team had auctioned the dropped ball. Roberts never hesitated twice to fire the franchise for their actions. The host then called the team a bunch of classless pigs.
“I don’t mind anyone buying it. It’s a great collectible. But jokes aside, I think the L.A. Dodgers are classless pigs for putting that up for sale. I really do. You have a lot of great moments for this year, and that’s a troll. That’s all that is. That is a major troll on the New York Yankees.” Roberts said.

Just like Roberts, several MLB fans believe that the team went too far by auctioning the ball, especially with a player of Aaron Judge’s caliber.

The franchise had signed infielder David Bote to a minor league contract. Bote will be a part of the team’s spring training in the big leagues. The Chicago Cubs signed the slugger for a five-year $15 million deal.
Bote’s MLB debut was not too impressive after slugging .239/.319/.408 in 210 appearances at the plate. However, he can be a versatile player and play multiple positions. The Dodgers are also looking forward to signing Teoscar Hernadez.
