CC Sabathia waited to finally retire from Major League Baseball to get into the gym and get himself healthy. Go figure.
While it’s been difficult for many to get off the couch during the coronavirus quarantine, the former Yankees pitcher hasn’t had any trouble finding a gym and completely transforming his body.
The below video shows Dave Paladino, who says he’s a celebrity trainer and martial arts expert, having Sabathia working hard less than a week ago.
A picture of a slimmer, muscular Sabathia surfaced on social media earlier this week and social media lost its mind.
In 19 seasons, Sabathia posted a career 3.74 ERA, striking out 3,093 hitters. He went 251-161 and in 2007 he won the American League Cy Young.
