At his biggest, former Major League Baseball pitcher CC Sabathia was around 300 pounds while on the mound, but it was his talent in throwing pitches that kept him in the game for 19 season.
The 39-year-old announced his retirement from the game of baseball after the 2019 season, but instead of putting on even more weight, he decided to finally start hitting the gym.

The former first-round pick in 1998 ended his career 3,093 career strikeouts, 16th on the all-time list. 1,700 of them came in a Yankees uniform.
