Adrian Houser has had quite the weak stomach during his career.
The Milwaukee Brewers right-hander squatted behind the mound at Miller Park and threw up damn near everything he had to eat on Saturday after committing an error on a comebacker.
The 26-year-old recovered to pitch a scoreless first inning, and he wound up striking out 10 for his fifth win of the year.
“I don’t know how to explain it. Probably just sick with myself not making that play,” Houser said postgame, according to MLB.com’s Adam McCalvy. “If I keep pitching like that, I’ll take it every time.”
It was back in June 2018 when Houser lost his lunch twice at Miller Park during a game against the Philadelphia Phillies.
