Punishment for the melee between the Houston Astros and Oakland Athletics has finally come down from Major League Baseball.

The entire ordeal started after Athletics outfielder Ramon Laureano was hit by a pitch, which prompted him to get into an argument with Houston Astros hitting coach Alex Cintron. He reportedly made a vile comment about Laureano’s mother, which set him off and got him to charge the Astros’ bench.
Laureano told ESPN, Cintron “said in Spanish something you don’t say about my mother.”
