During former Major League pitcher Kyle Farnsworth’s playing career, he was listed at 6-foot-4 and 230 pounds.
It is safe to say that he has put on some pounds in the form of muscles as he posted a pic to his Twitter page of himself looking absolutely jacked up.
As seen in the caption, Farnsworth is training for a body building competition and has undergone a complete body transformation from when we last seen him on the mound.

Farnsworth was a 47th round pick by the Chicago Cubs back in 1994 and despite being such a late round pick, he had a successful Major League career. He lasted 16 seasons and played for nine different teams. In other words, he had your classic bullpen journeyman’s career.
Needless to say, social media was in shock when they saw the new look Farnsworth, as he has not appeared in a Major League game since 2014.
