A San Diego Padres fan channeled his inner Canelo Alvarez in the stands at Coors Field on Wednesday when he dropped a fan of the Colorado Rockies after a verbal disagreement turned physical.
That moment happened in the sixth inning of Colorado’s second game of a doubleheader against San Diego as you can see the below man making his way towards his victim.
In the hours since that video, an alternate angle has surfaced and it really shows the power behind that punch that slumped the Rockies fan and sent him into an early nap.

Denver police has since stated on Twitter that the guy throwing the punch was contacted, but the Rockies fan has declined to press charges.
“The person who threw the first punch, was contacted by police. However, the person struck did not want to press charges. No one was arrested.”
