After pleading guilty and cutting a deal with the prosecutors, her lawyer reduced her sentence to 10 days in jail. If that sounds good, it gets even better. Of the ten days in prison, one was already credited when that sentence was given, and the other nine were suspended days in prison.
In other words, Bracksieck was able to avoid spending any real time in jail besides the night she was arrested.
