Tiger Woods may be finding himself in the midst of another huge scandal if his former girlfriend has her way.
Woods ex-girlfriend, Erica Herman, is taking the 47-year-old golf legend to court hoping to nullify a non-disclosure agreement she claims he made her sign at the beginning of their relationship. She is claiming that the NDA should not be enforced any longer due to the Speak Out Act, which provides an exemption in scenarios where there is evidence of sexual assault or harassment.
Via the report:
“In the paperwork, Herman says a private trust that Tiger runs is attempting to steamroll her into keeping quiet about their relationship by aggressively enforcing the NDA she signed.
She argues in her legal docs the NDA should be declared unenforceable under the federal Speak Out Act, which prohibits the enforceability of an NDA agreed to before a dispute arises involving sexual assault or sexual harassment.”
Woods and Herman have not been seen publicly together in quite some time and there has been zero news that they have split up. She did not appear to be in attendance at the PGA Tour’s Genesis Invitational tournament, which was Woods’ first time competing on the Tour since the Open Championship in 2022.
Clearly, there are a ton of things that have happened behind closed doors.
