Tiger Woods’ ex-girlfriend, Erica Herman, is finally done trying to get money out of him and expose him.
Herman has decided to drop her $30 million lawsuit against his estate, per the New York Post.
“The Plaintiff, ERICA HERMAN, by and through her undersigned counsel, hereby dismisses without prejudice her Complaint, filed on October 26, 2022, pending resolution of the appeal in Herman v. Woods,” the filing read, via the New York Post.
It was an uphill battle, to begin with after Circuit Judge Elizabeth Metzger ruled that Herman must continue to abide by the nondisclosure agreement she signed in 2017 back in May.
Her original lawsuit alleged “sexual harassment” against Woods due to an NDA he asked her to sign while she was still an employee at his Palm Beach restaurant. Herman cited the Speak Out Act as a reason to get out from under the nondisclosure agreement she says she was forced to sign.
She also added how she was tricked to leave the home and was locked out upon her return.

It is not known whether Herman simply did not have enough facts for a basis for her case, or if there was a settlement out of court.
Earlier this year, Woods slammed her as nothing more than a “jilted ex-girlfriend” in their ongoing legal battle to nullify an NDA over a sexual assault clause. He claimed Herman had no right to invoke the federal Speak Out Act because he never committed any sexual wrongdoing.
The 47-year-old is not playing at this week’s Open Championship at Royal Liverpool and has not played a PGA Tour event since withdrawing from the Masters in April because of a foot injury.
