Rory McIlroy does not have a new tee time partner.
According to reports from the Daily Mail, the famous golfer has moved on from his wife Erica Stoll and is dating sports reporter Amanda Balionis. People reportedly spotted a strong bond between the two and thought it was the “talk of the links.” Rumors of a romance seemed to originate from an interview that Balionis had with McIlroy on May 12, following his victory in the Wells Fargo Championship.
Some people called the interview “flirty.” And there, along with a “You two” remark from Balionis’ friend Camille Stroud and an Instagram like of his interview post, intensified the allegations even further.
A fresh study contradicts any claims that Rory McIlroy and CBS Sports golf reporter Amanda Balionis are romantically involved. According to Us Weekly, the couple is in a “professional relationship” rather than dating.
It’s strange that Balionis and McIlroy haven’t refuted this claim in public, especially given how rapidly it spread to reliable websites in addition to social media and gossip blogs.

Rory McIlroy Files For Divorce Amid Speculation He’s Dating CBS Reporter Amanda Balionis
On Monday, May 13, the first day of the US PGA at Valhalla, the second major of the season, McIlroy ‘filed for divorce’ from his wife Erica Stoll after seven years of marriage. According to the most recent source, McIlroy served the divorce papers using a private detective.
McIlroy and Erica’s marriage was described as “irretrievably broken” in court filings.
An unsubstantiated report from the Daily Mail suggested McIlroy is now romantically involved with Balionis. That report has since been shut down.
It is unconfirmed whether Balionis is going through a divorce like McIlroy, but many reports claim that’s the case.
