If you’re an avid golfer and/or Golf Channel viewer, chances are you remember Holly Sonders as a former personality for the network. She will likely never hold that type of job again, and she is just fine with that.
The 2009 graduate of Michigan State, who competed for the women’s golf team, got her big break in the sports media industry at Golf Channel nearly a decade ago. That was followed by a 4-year stint at Fox Sports before parting ways with them in 2019.
Since then, she has built up her social media following on Instagram and started a subscription service where people can pay a monthly fee to see photos and videos of her.
The Instagram star posted on her story that she makes 20 times more money than she used to thanks to her online content than she did while working at the Golf Channel.
