Who says golf isn’t a contact sport?
During a golfing session in Lakeland, Florida, a bunch of grown men got into a massive argument over playing the game way too slowly.
One guy was heard screaming, “We can’t go any faster,” as one of them could be seen throwing his golf club to the ground and advancing toward another guy who was questioning him.
The physical part started with a push and a kick before fists started being thrown at Cleveland Heights Golf Club.
The people recording were excited as one guy could be heard saying, “Dude, we could go viral.”
One man could be heard saying, “Bring it, bitch,” just as two other guys started squaring up and throwing punches. An attempted kick by one guy got caught and he found himself on the ground.

In the end, it appeared the gentlemen may have started arguing again, but likely were too tired to keep fighting anymore.
Slow play in golf has been a major topic this year.
Brooks Koepka was vocal about the slow play during The Masters. Following his co-runner-up finish to Jon Rahm at Augusta National, Koepka was asked about the final round’s pace of play, which was just under 4 hours, 50 minutes.
Koepka responded, “Yeah, the group in front of us was brutally slow. Jon went to the bathroom like seven times during the round, and we were still waiting.”
Many watching laid the blame on American Patrick Cantlay, who is notorious for his rate of play and was playing in the group ahead.
Cantlay has faced strong criticism for the time he takes to line up shots and many pundits and fans took to social media to complain about him.
As the video above shows, if golfers are going to start throwing hands over slow play, it could make for major ratings boost to a younger crowd.
