We can safely say we have never seen this type of violence at a golf course.
Just about anybody and everybody has been taking in golf these days since you don’t really need any type of athletic ability to play the sport. It’s still no fun putting your all into hitting the ball and completely missing it while others are watching. Your best bet is to take some lessons at Topgolf before heading to the course.
Back to the story at hand. Two buddies were out at an Illinois area golf course enjoying their day when their friendship would suddenly end after an argument led to punches being thrown.
Golfers who were some ways away from the melee recorded the entire thing as two guys could be seen rolling on the ground and on top of each other.
The guy in the blue shorts would get the best shot of the fight when he stuck his friend with a hard right that laid the other guy out on the course. The knockout wasn’t good enough as blue shorts went back in and stomped on the face of his former friend. He basically just went from a mutual fight to assault that could get him some time in jail.
To make things worse, he picked something off the ground and threw it at the body of his friend before he started to collect his things and walk off.

As it turns out, that anger was for a reason.
The guy who took the video says he talked to the golfer who got knocked out and took him to the police station to file a report. It turns out the other guy was banging his girlfriend. He lost the fight as well as his girl.
