Golf is not a contact sport… Just don’t tell that to Canadian Adam Hadwin.
Following a wild finish to a Canadian Open, which saw fellow Canuck Nick Taylor sink a 72-foot Eagle putt to beat Tommy Fleetwood in a playoff, Hadwin tried to make his way onto the green to celebrate with Taylor by spraying him with champagne, but he was met by security, who put quite the licking on the 5’8″ golfer.
Here’s a look at the hit. It wouldn’t surprise me if this security guard loses his job…and then is subsequently signed by the Arizona Cardinals to play middle linebacker.
