After going through a tough divorce in 2005, Kress crossed paths with McCarthy via a common friend, John Schneider. However, after the initial dates, the duo did not hit it off. But gradually, they began to like being in each other’s company. By the time it was 2006, Kress and McCarthy were in love with each other. Speaking about Kress’ personal life, she was born on February 9, 1972. Growing up in Wisconsin, Kress did not belong to a wealthy family. After pursuing her initial education, Kress was admitted to the Bayville Middle School and later the St. Joseph’s Academy. She further got admitted to the University of Wisconsin in order to pursue higher studies.
After finishing her studies, Kress got a job as an elementary school teacher, which was in close proximity to the Green Bay Packers stadium. Developing a romantic relationship with one of NFL’s influential names, Kress got married to William Kress. Unfortunately, their marriage did not work out and thankfully, Mike McCarthy filled in the void. Now, apart from supporting McCarthy in his personal life, Jessica Kress also looks after his philanthropic endeavors.
