Drug kingpins are some of the most interesting criminals out there. They most likely live pretty sweet lives with the money they make; however, they must continue their trade in secrecy due to how illegal it is.
These kingpins get to go on sweet vacations depending on how much they make, and some honestly get the girls. Let’s be honest: most of their wives are with the guys simply for the money.
However, a few are with the guy for him, and in that case, that’s quite unfortunate. Who knows, maybe some of these guys are nice in person, but for the most part, they’re big-time criminals and ones you shouldn’t mess with.
One of these drug kingpins found out the hard way that maybe he has to keep things more private, and both he and his wife have to be on the same page recently after he got arrested. His arrest comes off the heels of his wife posting vacation photos.
Drug Kingpin Known As Shock Arrested In The UK
Luis Manuel Picado Grijalba, or “Shock” as some knew him, was recently arrested after his wife took to Instagram to post photos of herself on vacation. While Luis never appeared in many of the images, officials seemed sure they were together.
The DEA reportedly followed Estafania’s Instagram page, where she posted numerous photos of herself in bikinis. They followed the page to the UK, where they would finally find Shock and arrest him of drug trafficking charges.
While it’s unclear whether the Instagram posts were purposefully posted, the odds are they weren’t. If Grijalba ever gets out of prison, he better be cautious of what he allows the people around him to post on social media. He won’t have to worry about his wife, as she has since deleted her Instagram.
