Joe Rogan has offered his two cents on the death of former UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson following the act that rocked the healthcare industry last week.
Rogan referred to the sector as a “dirty business” while speaking about the incident with movie director Quentin Tarantino and producer Roger Avary during his podcast, ‘The Joe Rogan Experience,’ on Tuesday.
Thompson’s suspected ki–er, Luigi Mangione, was arrested at a McDonald’s on Monday and has since been charged with m-rder, along with other serious offenses. But Rogan doesn’t believe he is a professional assassin, suggesting he’s someone who felt hard-done-by over a claim.

Rogan accused UnitedHealthcare of being “really bad at denying claims” as he and Avary noted the high number of claims rejected by health insurance firms.
“I don’t think anybody is, like, going to be crying too hard over [Thompson],” Avary remarked.

“Maybe his family, but that’s about it,” Rogan claimed, “It’s a dirty, dirty business. The business of insurance is f***ing gross. It’s gross. Especially healthcare insurance. It’s f***ing gross.”
They then discussed how difficult it is to get house insurance due to California’s high fire risk.
Meanwhile, police claim Mangione was caught with the weapon used to k-ll Thompson, as well as several fake IDs and a handwritten manifesto detailing his anger towards the healthcare industry.
The 26-year-old is now set to stand trial for Thompson’s m-rder and is expected to plead not guilty.
