Tyrese Haliburton was eager to help the Indiana Pacers battle their way back into the Eastern Conference Finals. Nevertheless, as the Pacers were swept cleanly by the Boston Celtics in Game 4, Haliburton’s frustration became evident.
During a recent press conference, Haliburton expressed a key insight about playoff success, stating that staying healthy is often as important as playing well.
“What I’ve understood more than anything is usually in the playoffs the healthier team wins,” he said.

The injury setback haunted him throughout the season. Despite his efforts to recover and contribute, he aggravated the injury during Game 2 against the Celtics. This aggravation proved too much, sidelining him for crucial Games 3 and 4.
