A major sporting event has been branded “The Diddy Bowl” online for a reason that is quite obvious.
The Nashville Predators and Edmonton Oilers are set to square off on the ice this Thursday evening, with their game labeled the above given the teams’ names.
Diddy is, of course, under lock and key in federal prison, having been accused of preying on unwitting victims. It’s believed he bought lots of baby oil, given the large number of bottles that were found when the authorities raided his property.
A fan had social media going wild after referring to said event as “The Diddy Bowl.” You can check it out in the tweet below:

Why “The Diddy Bowl” Is Important
There’s a lot riding on this game tonight – no pun intended – with the Oilers desperate to keep up their home form. The Canadian outfit has a remarkable record when scoring at least three goals and will look to sweep Nashville.
Edmonton is adjusting its lineup and will play with 11 forwards and seven defensemen with Viktor Arvidsson out, while Calvin Pickard will start in goal again.
The Predators, on the other hand, are keen on a bounce-back game but will need to be clinical if they’re to get past a near-impregnable Pickard.
