This week, the West Hills area of Los Angeles got a massive break, and it was all thanks to a helicopter pilot.
Every year, California experiences a massive wildfire, and a helicopter becomes essential to help put out the flames.
2025 is no different.
The two biggest wildfires ravaging the Los Angeles area have killed at least 10 people and displaced thousands of people as they continue to heed evacuation orders.
A 960-acre brush fire sparked in the West Hills area near the 101 Freeway Thursday. The Los Angeles Fire Department said the fire was quickly burning toward some homes in the area.
The Kenneth Fire had zero containment as gusty Santa Ana winds fanned it.
