Actor Ethan Suplee, who gained notoriety for his role as offensive lineman Louie Lastik in the 2000 hit film “Remember the Titans”, recently revealed an incredible body transformation.
Suplee previously stated that he once weighed as much as 536 pounds. In an Instagram post, Suplee shared an old photo of himself along with what he looks like in the present. Suplee is now absolutely shredded and looks to be in excellent physical condition.
“Remember the Titans” was directed by Boaz Yakin and produced by Jerry Bruckheimer and released in 2000. It stars Denzel Washington (the real-life head coach of T.C. Williams High School football coach Herman Boone), Wood Harris (Julius Campbell) and Will Patton (Bill Yoast).
Up-and-coming mega stars Ryan Gosling (Alan Bosley) and Hayden Panettiere (Sheryl Yoast) had minor roles in “Remember the Titans” as well. The film received excellent reviews and grossed just under $137 million at the box office.
Suplee has starred in several notable and blockbuster films, and television shows. He also played Toby Welch in Martin Scorsese’s universally acclaimed 2014 film, “The Wolf of Wall Street” which starred Leonardo DiCaprio, Margot Robbie and Jonah Hill.
The soon-to-be 47-year-old Suplee also played Max Conlin in the 2002 film “John Q”, which featured a star-studded cast that included the aforementioned Denzel Washington, James Woods, Robert Duvall, Eddie Griffin, Anne Heche and Ray Liotta.

One of his other memorable roles includes the 2004 comedy “Without a Paddle” which starred Seth Green, Dax Shepard and Matthew Lillard. Suplee played Elwood, one of the main villains in that film alongside Abraham Benrubi’s character, Dennis.
