Martha Stewart has made history as she’s become the oldest woman to feature on the cover of Sports Illustrated’s Swimsuit edition.
The popular businesswoman has achieved the aforementioned feat at the age of 81, with SI revealing her as a cover model on Monday.
A best-selling author, Stewart gained fame in the 80s as a result of her writing cookbooks before the launch of her magazine, Martha Stewart Living, in the 90s. She later became a household name through television appearances, having started up Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia, a platform that produces all of her content.
She is also a proud mother and grandmother.
Martha is still an active TV personality as she hosts three Roku Shows, including Martha Gardens, Martha Cooks, and Martha Holidays. She’s also the host of The Martha Stewart Podcast and opened her first restaurant last year, introducing The Bedford by Martha Stewart in Paris Las Vegas back in August.

SI is shopping Stewart as the “OG of Influencers” as she is still very much a sought-after source of advice when it comes to cooking, homes, fashion, and dining, among other areas.
“Never in her life has she let her circumstances dictate her outcome,” MJ Day, SI’s Swimsuit editor-in-chief, says of Stewart. “She’s changed with the times—always one step ahead, it seems—to build a wide-reaching business empire.”
