Donald Trump is firmly putting his foot on the necks of the transgender community.
President Trump signed an executive order on Wednesday intended to ban transgender athletes from participating in girls’ and women’s sports.
The order was titled “Keeping Men Out of Women’s Sports.”
“With this executive order, the war on women’s sports is over,” Trump said.
That signing was actually the fourth executive order targeting transgender people he has signed since he took office in late January.
Now, President Donald Trump’s Department of Education has launched a major investigation into potential Title IX violations that occurred at multiple educational institutions.
According to Fox News, the Department of Education released a statement that two colleges and an athletic association are being investigated for violating Title IX for “separate incidents” of having transgender athletes on women’s or girls’ sports teams.

San Jose State and UPenn are the two colleges that have made major headlines over transgender athletes competing with women.
At UPenn, transgender swimmer Lia Thomas gained national fame for being allowed to compete on the women’s swim team after previously competing on the school’s men’s team. She would break multiple records and win several events at the 2022 Ivy League championships and NCAA championships.
San Jose State was at the center of the transgender debate when Brooke Slusser, co-captain of the women’s volleyball team, said one of her teammates was transgender and contended she had a physical advantage over teammates and opponents.
That athlete is Blaire Fleming, and her presence on the volleyball court caused multiple programs to forfeit games against the team.
San Jose State Fires Back at Donald Trump
The Trump administration is investigating potential civil rights violations at two universities, which include San Jose State and the University of Pennsylvania.
The investigation was announced a day after President Donald Trump signed an executive order intended to ban transgender athletes from competing in girls’ and women’s sports.
In response to Donald Trump’s order, San Jose State issued a statement, saying it “maintains an unwavering commitment to the wellness, safety, and privacy of our students, faculty, and staff and to fostering a supportive and caring environment for all.”
