Mike Tyson has shared an update following the beginning of his training camp.
In a news that shocked the world, it was revealed that Mike Tyson will return to the squared circle against Jake Paul. Their fight will take place at the AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas on July 20th. Interestingly it will be the first of its kind global live sporting event that will be broadcast live on Netflix.
While details of the fight are yet to be revealed, it has been suggested that both Jake Paul and Mike Tyson are pushing for it to be a pro fight. For those unaware, Tyson was last seen inside the squared circle back in 2020 in an exhibition fight against Roy Jones Jr.

Despite his age, Tyson looked to be in great shape and showed tremendous speed and power. Take a look at the video below:
Jake Paul exposes Logan Paul for lying about being offered the fight against Mike Tyson
The upcoming fight between Jake Paul and Mike Tyson has garnered a lot of criticism ever since it was announced. Surprisingly, Paul’s elder brother Logan Paul has also criticised ‘The Problem Child’ for fighting a 57-year-old retired fighter. During a recent episode of his podcast, ‘Maverick’ even claimed that he was offered the fight against Tyson but declined the offer.
Addressing the same during a live stream with internet personality Adin Ross, Paul claimed that his brother wasn’t offered the fight. While suggesting that he lied about the situation, ‘The Problem Child’ said:

No. ‘Cause we’re the ones that brought the deal to Mike Tyson. I don’t know why he [Logan Paul] would say that. Me, and Most Valuable Promotions, and my partner Nakisa [Bidarian] struck a deal with Netflix and then went to other fighters to try to get them involved. At the start, it was Tommy Fury. He wanted more money. There wasn’t more money. So, and then, we went to Mike Tyson. And after months of talking, got him to be down to fight. And so, Mike Tyson wasn’t offering him a deal. So, I don’t know what he’s talking about.”
That said, it’s hard to understand why Logan Paul would lie about the situation. Regardless, the fight between Jake Paul and Mike Tyson will certainly attract a lot of eyeballs and it will be an interesting watch.
