UFC president Dana White has some harsh words for Mike Tyson’s upcoming fight against Jake Paul.
Following his 10th professional fight earlier this month, Paul announced that his next fight will be against Mike Tyson. Ever since the fight was announced, it has received mixed reactions from fans and the fighting community.
The main criticism for it lies behind the fact that Paul is nearly 30 years younger than Tyson. Moreover, while ‘The Problem Child’ has been active and hitting his prime years in the sport, Tyson is way past that.
Mike Tyson was last seen in action against Roy Jones Jr. in an exhibition fight. Speaking about the same during a recent interview with Lex Fridman, Dana White expressed his concerns over the fight.
While suggesting that he does not like anybody fighting at this age, Dana White had this to say:
“I love Mike Tyson and I’m not a fan of anybody fighting at our age.”

Can Jake Paul beat Mike Tyson?
This is the question that is being asked all over the internet. While some suggest that if Mike Tyson loses to Jake Paul, it must be a rigged fight, others believe that Paul will hurt the 57-year-old retired fighter.
If we were to put Jake Paul and Mike Tyson in their prime inside the boxing ring, there would be only one man that would walk out of the squared circle and that would be ‘Iron Mike’. However, considering their age difference, the odds are slightly in favor of ‘The Problem Child’.
Regardless, one should not count out Mike Tyson. He certainly has the experience and his punches still hold a lot of power. The only thing that would be questionable is his ability to take punches. That said, the fight will certainly be an interesting one.
