Tyson Fury, the WBC heavyweight champion, will take on Oleksandr Usyk, the WBA, IBF, and WBO heavyweight champion, this Saturday night (May 18, 2024) at Kingdom Hall in Riyadh. After a crazy and absurd venture into crossover fights, the victor will take home all four titles, unifying the division titles and bringing order to the heavyweight rankings.
Fury and Usyk will navigate a swarm of combat sports reporters and devoted fight fans for today’s significant arrivals. See the linked video above for the live stream at 2:00 p.m. ET. For those unfamiliar with the “grand arrivals” custom, it’s a staged picture opportunity to start fight week.

Additional Information For The Fight
Both fighters come into the bout fresh off scares from their 2023 campaigns; after Daniel Dubois floored Usyk, the referee called the strike a low hit and gave Usyk time to recover. In Round 9, he then halted Dubois.
Fury found himself in a more complex situation after his perfect record was preserved in a bout with the former UFC heavyweight champion Francis Ngannou in October. Ngannou won several rounds and scored a knockdown, but Fury prevailed via split decision. Though Fury’s title was not in jeopardy, losing would have been significantly more humiliating than just coming out on top in a battle that everyone expected him to win.
