Floyd Mayweather has faced brutal criticism for his recent troubles. Mayweather is arguably the greatest boxer to have ever entered the squared circle. Despite being one of the best ever to do it, he is despised for not being a trustworthy human being.
The same was on display as Mayweather got into a verbal battle with Gervonta Davis. For those unaware, Davis and ‘Money’ seemed to have a perfect relationship in the past. Moreover, Mayweather was also seen supporting Davis during his fight.
However, things have changed, and the relationship between the two has fallen apart. Most recently, Floyd Mayweather was seen mocking Gervonta Davis and becoming friends with his former rival Ryan Garcia. The same seems to have garnered a lot of criticism online. Pro-boxer Chris Colbert shared his thoughts on it and said:
“This boxing sh*t is so weird. This ni**a suck each other d**k one day, next day they beefing @floydmayweather is the fu*king ringleader of that sh*t”
What did Floyd Mayweather say about his fallout with Devin Haney?
Floyd Mayweather recently had a fallout with Devin Haney and his father as well. Reacting to it, Mayweather suggested that he always has Haney’s best interests at heart. He said:
“I will always talk good about Devin. Devin is young so I expect him to say, ‘Floyd you’re hating on me.’ No, Devin, I always loved you and always wanted the best for you. If I don’t f*** with you, I’m not showing you different moves in the gym… I guess he thought I sent the [Gervonta Davis] sparring video to Ryan Garcia. Did he get it from me? Absolutely not.”
