Mike Tyson did a great job of diffusing a tense situation.
Tyson was at a comedy show in Hollywood, when a man decided to get in his face. The former undisputed heavyweight champion of the world was enjoying his evening with a few friends when a man loudly approached him.
In the footage obtained from TMZ, the man was escorted out, however, he tried to muscle through, and he even pulled a gun.

The potential assailant never ended up firing the gun and was said to have almost instantly regretted even drawing it. He would eventually apologize to Mike Tyson.

In the end, Tyson and some of the other people in the venue were able to talk the man into putting his gun away. The guy eventually made his way back to Tyson, who stood up and got greeted with a hug.
Other patrons would slowly trickle out afterward, seemingly scared that the man had stuck around. Ultimately, there was no further incident and Tyson never called the police.
